First there is our HPCC Multimedia Picture Gallery.
The Virgo Consortium has a collection of images maintained by Frazer Pearce.
Tipsy is used for visualization by the Hydra Consortium.
Hydrodynamic Cosmological simulations are being visualized at Ohio State University.
TIPSY is used extensively at the Computing Our Universe Summer School at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. This project created several MPEGS of colliding galaxies with TIPSY. The projects that used TIPSY for visualization include:

TIPSY is used to produce many production quality visualizations such as this one on the Effect of the Milky Way on Magellanic Cloud structure by Martin Weinberg.
Hannah Jang-Condell at the Harvard Smithsonian Center for Astrophysics is using TIPSY to visualize simulations of star formation at high redshift.
